Over 22 years I've worked as an agency recruiter in London and Dubai, an in-house talent leader in Dubai, and now as a coach to the professionals making the same move I made back in 2008.

At Careem and Talabat I built product and engineering teams through hypergrowth. At Emirates Group I hired into one of the world's most recognised brands. At Wio Bank I recruited founding fintech teams from scratch. I know what those interview loops reward, what offers really look like, and where newcomers leave money on the table.
